1. CALL OR TEXT WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS

a. Call your new member to confirm they received their welcome email.

b. Ask them if they had a chance to set up their backoffice? If not, offer to help them access their Back Office and set up their replicated site.

c. Did they set up their replicated website and online store? Remember they should: Go here, click Distributor Resources and Replicated Site. Remind them: this personal website is where you send potential team members to sign up under you. Their site is Livonline.net/thenameyouchoose.

d. Did they set up their AUTOSHIP? Autoship is a great way to get the products you love delivered straight to your door every month, hassle free! Plus, you get discounted shipping on autoship orders.

2. FOLLOW UP CALL (when they receive the new member kit and product—usually 2-3 days)

a.  Ask if they have any questions.  Share an experience of yours or someone else's regarding the product and possibly other products that they might want to try in the near future.

b. Have they had a chance to go through the Living Manual? Do they know they can get training information online on LIV University and corporate information on our website?

c. Set up a time to meet with them to in person (if physically possible—or on the phone if they don’t live near) to do additional training.

3. MEET to TRAIN YOUR NEWBORN IN PERSON (within 48 hours after they receive the product)

KEY: Even product users should be taught what company resources are available.

  1. Enjoy the time together—make it a fun get together. You may even want to get together with several of your new members at the same time.
  2. Review the Living Manual with them. (Even if they only want to be a product user. This teaches them the business system for when they decide to share).
  3. Review the compensation plan with them (use the Living Booklet).
  4. Review the Focus Chart and 8 Steps with them
  5.  Explain how to fill out an application online and how to use the paper Application as a format to “Show the Plan”.
  6. Help them start their Contact list.  Share your ideas with them.
  7. Invite them to the next Liv Event.
  8. Plan a Liv party or get-together with them.

If you can’t meet in person, do a call where you both have your Living Manual and an application in front of you as you go through the training.

Let them know that you will be following up with them. SET THE TIME for the next training---within 7 days.

4. FOLLOW UP (text, email, call, meet, involve, lead, invite) (COMMUNICATE FREQUENTLY AFTER DAY 10+ TRAINING)

a.       Make sure they feel a part of your Liv team

b.      Do they have any questions about Liv?

c.       Are they following the 8 steps on the Focus Chart?

d.      Do they have their CONTACT LIST?

e.      Review the “SHARING” section of the Living Manual

                                             i.            Are they sharing samples?  What has been their outcome?

ii.            Schedule and event with them.  Let them know you will do the presentation, they will host and invite their contacts.

f.        Your goal is to help them reach 1K.   As new members join their team write their names in the Focus Chart.

g.       Accountability is key. Your high level of enthusiasm will play an important role in their “getting engaged”.

Some newborns grow up quickly and are able to care for themselves. Most will need your help. Be a good parent. Communicate often. Offer counseling. Be their cheerleader and advocate. Help them grow and reach their optimum lifestyle.
